Ravitoto

Christian returned from his vacation to Madagascar with the goods to whip up the national dish of Madagascar. Another Malagasy friend, Oliva, made sure we bachelors got it right.


Ravitoto (ground manioc leaves, fried porc, garlic, and coconut milk) with Malagasy red rice, tomato and green onion salad, and--the greatest soft drink of all time--Bonbon Anglais!
