On my way further down the mountain, I found a freshly plowed cat track and just kept following it until I realized I had left the resort and was heading all the way down the mountain. I passed cross-country skiers going up the path, and they assured me that it'd lead me back to the telepherique. It was a long haul, but the solitude and beauty were well worth it.
